Your cluster is running. Now make it reliable.

Most teams don’t struggle with Kubernetes setup. They struggle with upgrades, security, observability, cost control, and Day 2 operations. Our certified Kubernetes consultants embed with your team to solve production challenges and build systems that scale.

THE KUBERNETES REALITY

Kubernetes became the standard. Expertise didn't.

Kubernetes adoption has accelerated across every industry, but experienced Kubernetes talent remains one of the hardest engineering skill sets to hire and retain.

COMMON CHALLENGES

Where Kubernetes usually starts fighting back

The first deployment is rarely the hard part. Operating Kubernetes securely, reliably, and cost-effectively at scale is where most teams hit complexity.
challenge

Cloud costs keep climbing

How we Help

Resource right-sizing, autoscaling, cost audits

challenge

Production incidents take hours to diagnose

How we Help

Full observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki

challenge

Security audits uncover critical gaps

How we Help

RBAC, network policies, admission controls

challenge

Teams fear upgrades

How we Help

Structured upgrade and rollback strategies

challenge

Multi-cluster complexity is growing

How we Help

Unified architecture and governance

PROCESS

From first call to production impact

A straightforward process designed to move quickly, reduce uncertainty, and deliver measurable outcomes.

001

Discovery Call

We spend 30-60 minutes understanding your current cluster setup, the challenges you’re facing, and the outcomes you want to achieve. No sales pitch, just engineering conversation.

002

Scope and Proposal

We send a clear written proposal: the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and engagement model. We don’t do vague statements of work.

003

Engineer Matching

We match your engagement to a Kubernetes consultant with directly relevant experience. You meet them before work begins.

004

Engagement Kickoff

We start with a structured assessment of your current state, architecture, security posture, observability, cost footprint, and operational practices. This becomes the foundation for all subsequent work.

005

Handoff

We close with a formal handoff: complete documentation, runbooks, ADRs, and a summary of open items your team should monitor. We’re available for questions after the engagement ends.

WHAT WE DO

Everything needed to run Kubernetes in production

From cluster architecture to Day 2 operations, we help engineering teams build, secure, optimize, and operate Kubernetes environments with confidence.

Cluster architecture

Production-ready Kubernetes foundations built for scale, resilience, and growth.

Kubernetes migration

Move applications, databases, and workloads to AWS with minimal disruption and downtime.

GitOps & CI/CD

Automated deployments, GitOps workflows, and release processes built for production.

Security hardening

RBAC, policy enforcement, image scanning, secrets management, and compliance controls.

Observability

Prometheus, Grafana, logging, tracing, alerting, and incident visibility from day one.

Cost optimization

Reduce cloud waste through right-sizing, autoscaling, and infrastructure efficiency.

Day 2 operations & team enablement

Build reliable operational practices for upgrades, incidents, backups, and recovery.

Multi-cluster & multi-cloud

Manage Kubernetes consistently across regions, environments, & cloud providers.

Orchestration
Expected Outcomes

The goal isn't more Kubernetes. It's better outcomes.

70% Faster Incident diagnosis time

60% Improvement Deployment reliability

40% Reduction in Kubernetes cloud spend

The value of Kubernetes isn’t measured in clusters. It’s measured in reliability, velocity, and operational confidence.

ENGAGEMENT Models

Expertise, delivered the way you need it.

Whether you need focused project delivery, embedded expertise, or strategic guidance, we tailor engagements around your team’s needs.

Pay for exactly what gets done. No retainers, no guesswork, just transparent hours and real output.

What it looks like:

Extend your engineering team with pre-vetted specialist engineers who show up in your standups, not just your invoices.

What it looks like:

Defined scope. Fixed budget. We own the outcome — not just the effort hours that go into it.

What it looks like:

Certifications

Not just certified. Battle-tested.

The certifications prove the knowledge. The production experience proves the execution. That’s the standard we hire for.

Frequently asked questions

Honest answers to the questions that matter before you commit to a project, platform, or transformation.

Do your Kubernetes consultants work remotely or on-site?

Our consultants work primarily remote-first. For Forward Deployed Engineering engagements, we can embed on-site when the project scope benefits from it. All remote engagements use your existing collaboration tools like Slack, Jira, GitHub, and video calls.

Yes. We have engineers with deep EKS-specific experience across cluster provisioning with Terraform and CDK, Karpenter for node autoscaling, AWS Load Balancer Controller, EKS add-on management, IAM Roles for Service Accounts (IRSA), and EKS Anywhere. We also have equivalent depth on AKS and GKE.

Absolutely, the majority of our engagements are optimization and remediation, not greenfield builds. We start with an assessment of your current cluster, identify the highest-risk and highest-cost gaps, and address them in priority order.

Knowledge transfer is built into our process, not bolted on at the end. We document architecture decisions as we make them, pair with your engineers on implementation work, run working sessions for key concepts, and deliver a comprehensive documentation package at close. The goal is for your team to operate confidently after we’re gone.

Scope changes happen on real projects and we handle them practically. We discuss the change, agree on how it affects timeline or cost, document it, and continue. We don’t use change requests as a profit mechanism.

We offer an optional retained advisory model for clients who want continued access to our Kubernetes consultants, for architecture reviews, incident support, or periodic check-ins. This is scoped and priced separately from the primary engagement.

Most engagements begin within 5 business days of scope agreement. For urgent situations, production incidents or critical security gaps, we can often mobilize within 24-48 hours.
